A
BED & BREAKFAST with a pool located in a private two story villa situated 250m. (275
yds.) from the entrance to fabulous PLAYA EL AGUA, a 4 km. (2½ mi.) long beach of white sand,
palm trees & restaurants.
Dan is Canadian while Kira is originally from Caracas. We both speak English, &
Spanish.
We are always available to answer your questions or be of assistance.
Each of our 10 rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a hot water shower, A/C,
DirecTV and either a KING
SIZE BED (8 rooms) or 2 singles (2 rooms in the villa).
A
complimentary breakfast (FRESH BREAD, JAM, ORANGE JUICE, MENU VARIED DAILY, COFFEE or TEA) is included in our prices and is served on our
large open air patio with an ocean and mountain view from 8 AM to 10 AM. There is also a REFRIGERATOR for
your pop, beer, fruit, etc. & a microwave to heat up your pizzas.
There
is a private entrance and a key is provided for the front gate which allows for
unrestricted comings and goings. Buses, taxis, beach, restaurants, take-out,
rental cars and scooters, money exchange and shopping are all close by.
Within a 10 minute drive are other beaches and services.
This is a perfect location for singles, couples and families with older children
(10 and up) who are looking to be more
independent than travelers in package or all inclusive tours.
