A
BED & BREAKFAST with a pool located in a private two story villa situated 250m. (275
yds.) from the entrance to fabulous PLAYA EL AGUA, a 4 km. (2½ mi.) long beach of white sand,
palm trees & restaurants.
Dan is Canadian and speaks English, &
Spanish.
I am always available to answer your questions or be of assistance.
Each of my 10 rooms has an ensuite bathroom with a hot water shower, A/C,
DirecTV and either a KING
SIZE BED (8 rooms) or 2 singles (2 rooms in the villa).
A
complimentary continental breakfast (a BASKET of FRESH BREAD, JAM, ORANGE JUICE, COLD CUTS
& CHEESE, COFFEE or TEA) is included in our prices and is served on our
large open air patio with an ocean and mountain view from 8 AM to 10 AM. There is also a REFRIGERATOR for
your pop, beer, fruit, etc. HAMMOCKS provide a quiet spot for a
leisurely siesta.
There
is a private entrance and a key is provided for the front gate which allows for
unrestricted comings and goings. Buses, taxis, beach, restaurants, take-out,
rental cars and scooters, money exchange and shopping are all close by.
Within a 10 minute drive are other beaches and services.
This is a perfect location for singles, couples and families with older children
(13 and up) who are looking to be more
independent than travelers in package or all inclusive tours.

Trudel's Garden Vacation Homes

Five spacious, equipped houses
nestled in a beautiful tropical park-like setting
located only
200m. (220 yds.)
from PLAYA EL AGUA. You can either enjoy your own cooking or take a short walk
to any of the more than 20 restaurants / bars along the beach. Taxis, buses, car
and scooter rentals, money exchange, tour offices and shopping are all just a
short walk away.
Each of the houses is more than
100m2 (1100 sq. ft.) with a large patio overlooking the TROPICAL GARDEN . There
are two BEDROOMS, one bath with a hot water shower, kitchen and two sofa beds in the living room
suitable for children. The KITCHENS are fully equipped with fridge, stove,
dishes, cutlery, utensils and cleaning tools. The two bedrooms and the kitchen
have ceiling fans. Fresh towels are provided daily and clean sheets every
5 days. These are self service houses however we clean the bathroom daily. You have your own key for the exterior gate and
there is PARKING in front of your house. Our MANAGER, Virginia (Gini), lives on
the property and speaks both Spanish & English. Dan is just
a few minutes away if you need me.
Each house can accommodate up to six persons but there is a maximum of four adults.
These houses provide an economical way for singles, couples, families and groups to enjoy their Isla Margarita experience. Children are welcome however NO PETS.
WE ARE OPEN ALL YEAR ROUND!!!
All houses now have
DirecTV installed along with a 20" colour TV's. The programming is in both
Spanish and English and includes news, movies, kids and major US network series
as well as 32 channels of music.
