The Road to the Right
As you cross over the bridge
just past the entrance to
Laguna La Restringa you will come to a split in the road. Our journey takes the
right turn. As we drive along you will see the mountains to the left and the
ocean to the right and not much of anything else.
This part of Macanao is noted for it's bird life. If you are sharp eyed you may
see the small green parrots which are in abundance here. Look on top of the
cacti. We've also seen brilliant red cardinals. Good Luck!
After a short drive you will
see a lookout on the right.
It's worth a stop to see the view.
