Villa Gaviota is one of the most beautiful places amongst the multiple accommodation options in the exciting island of Margarita. Located at the beginning of the Cimarrón hill, it has a pretty view over El Tirano and Parguito beaches as well as over the Guayamurí hill. VILLA GAVIOTA is located on Altamira Street, some 100
meters up from the “Avenida 31 de Julio” after the exit to the town of El Tirano
(also known as Puerto Fermín).
From VILLA GAVIOTA you have a nice view over the sea and the beautiful Guayamurí
Hill. The garden is full of flowers and tropical palms and trees and in the
middle there is a 80 sq. m. swimming pool with an average temperature between 27
and 32 C°.
At the nearest beach, Playa Parguito, located about 10 minutes walking and 2
minutes by car, you can find a large number of typical food restaurants. You can
also rent chairs and umbrellas as well as other equipment for sea sports. There
is a supermarket, many restaurants, banks and gas stations just a short distance
from VILLA GAVIOTA. There are also buses and taxis to Porlamar and other
beaches.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, the main one with a queen size bed and the other
one have two twin beds, closets, safety box, A/C, private bathroom, living -
dinning, cable TV and a FULLY equipped kitchenette. The apartment is ideal for 4
people, but we accept up to 4 adults and 2 children. We offer a weekly change of
bed sheets and twice a week the change of towels (there are not beach towels).

In front of the house there is a wide
roofed terrace, ideal for resting in the evening.
Outside the apartment there is an additional shower and one of the apartments
also has a barbecue.
