We renovated our place in La Mira in 1999 and it is just 440 yds. from the most popular white sandy beach, Playa el Agua. Every day we are available to help our guests in fulfilling their wishes and assist them with their questions. It is very important to us that you feel well with us and can just simply enjoy your vacation. The bungalows and apartment have been furnished with a love for detail and are surrounded by an idyllic tropical garden. They have a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, Satellite TV and CD-Player and are entered through separate terraces. In the garden we designed with love you have the use of various chairs and lounge chairs. Colourfull talking parrots, surrounded by tropical fruits, like mango, limes, bananas, grapes, passion fruit etc. which you can eat fresh, compliment the Caribbean flair. |

(Venezuela) Our vacation spot in La Mira , on the north side of the island, lies 25 km away from the Porlamar shopping area. Close by are shopping centres, a bakery, banks, pharmacies, diving center, innumerable restaurants and car rental places. We offer our guests free of charge shuttle transfer to stores, other beaches in the area, will get you fresh bread upon request in the morning etc. At night spoil yourself with typical nightlife in the beach bars or enjoy discos, night bars and casino trips in Porlamar. |

The vacation house has two separate double bedrooms for 4
people with Air conditioning / fans, Sat TV, CD-Player,
a fully equipped kitchen/living room area with refrigerator, stove and all you
need to take care of yourself, a modern bathroom (shower / toilet) and a big
covered tropical terrace directly at the pool.
The bungalow
has a double bedroom for 2, with air conditioning / fans,
satellite TV, CD-player,
bathroom (toilet / shower) and a big covered patio with built-in kitchen, fully
equipped, directly at the pool.
The apartment has 2 rooms, a bedroom with one
double bed for 2 and another room with a single bed for the third person, also
with air conditioning/fans, refrigerator, a kitchenette with the necessary
utensils, a bathroom (toilet / shower) and a big (60m2) covered outer terrace with
satellite TV, CD-player,
comfortable rattan seats, big
dinging table and hammock with a view of the tropical garden.
You can book with breakfast if so desired.
It is possible at any time to order
Caribbean cocktails like Caipirina / Cuba Libre
etc.
We also offer our guests BBQ nights at the pool.
The following service
are included in the accommodation price:
- Transfer from and to the airport with personal
pick-up if the booking is 2 weeks or more.
- Caribbean welcome cocktails at arrival and guidance in the
surrounding area (stores, restaurants etc.))
- Shopping trips to supermarket, bakery, bank...
- Transfer to close by beaches
- Use of pool and whirlpool, bed linen, towels and beach
towels incl. the washing thereof.
- Daily cleaning
The only additional expense is the final cleaning:
